Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Debt Recovery Agents specializing in the Banking Process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and contribute to iTCart’s cutting-edge projects across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Banking Process and Debt Recovery Expertise
Leverage extensive experience in banking processes, debt recovery, and sales to achieve effective debt resolution.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at banks, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Financial Information Handling
Handle sensitive financial information with utmost discretion, adhering to data protection standards while managing debt cases.
Internal Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams to address disputes, clarify payment issues, and maintain transparent financial reporting.
Target Achievement
Consistently achieve individual and team debt recovery targets through effective negotiation strategies and compliance with industry standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of Banking Process, Debt Recovery & Financial services sales.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in debt recovery strategies and financial negotiation techniques.
Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial regulations.
Familiarity with CRM tools and debt recovery management software.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in financial services or debt recovery practices are preferred.

Recovery Rate: Achieving and exceeding debt recovery targets.
Relationship Management: Positive feedback from banking stakeholders.
