Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to oversee legal and regulatory matters across various industries, ensuring full compliance with Indian and US legal frameworks. This role requires expertise in corporate law, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling legal matters across industries such as real estate, banking, insurance, and revenue cycle management (RCM).
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Regional Collection Offices (RCOs) and banking institutions.
1.Develop rapport through regular meetings and communication.
2.Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Pitch iTCart’s services effectively to drive business development and sales.
1.Present tailored sales presentations and proposals.
2.Highlight key service benefits and ROI for clients.
Develop strategic partnerships with banks for long-term collaboration.
1.Identify mutual business goals and collaborative opportunities.
2.Foster trust through consistent and transparent communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
1.Share market insights and client feedback for strategy refinement.
2.Work closely with marketing to create aligned campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities and tailor strategies for client acquisition and retention.
1.Analyze market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
2.Customize pitches to align with specific client needs.
Provide insights and feedback to optimize service offerings based on client needs.
1.Gather feedback during and after project completion.
2.Collaborate with the product team for service improvements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 – 15 years of Banking Process, Debt Recovery & Financial services sales.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of banking operations and debt recovery procedures.
- Proven experience in business development and sales in the BFSI sector.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in financial services or Banking Consultant practices are preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of successful partnerships established with banks.
- Sales revenue generated from banking clients.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
